The attached pictures were shot at the Davis-Monthan AFB Open House and Airshow at Tucson, AZ on April14-15, 2012. An F/A-18B two place Blue Angels #7, BuNo 161711 was rolled out of the AMARC mothballs for static display. Last time I saw this aircraft and pilots at the Cape Girardeau, MO Airshow on June 19, 2010. What a surprise for me to see it already in "mothballs". |
